Error page on submission: Incomplete Values error

    Hi guys, im havng this issue with this form, users are filling the correct fields and they are getting eror message saying the fields are not correctly completed.

     

    The form has a condition on page 1 and if they fill the fields on page 2 for example page 3 fields can be empty with no problem.

    We are running into the same error message when someone submits a form. In addition ALL of our required conditions were deleted for 2 different forms. We had hundreds of conditions. Can this be restored?

    We are also experiencing this with all of our forms. All of these are hidden required fields.

    Required hidden fields never prevented forms from being submitted before, but it is obvisously not working anymore...

    We have tried using conditions to make those hidden fileds unrequired according to the exact criteria that makes them hidden, but no luck, the problem persists - Conditional rules to Unrequire fields are not even resolving the issue!

    It's good to know!

    Jotform is disappointing me as we are having a lot of issues recently.

    Servers down, email down, fields (like this) and etc!

    You are right, the ammount of issues its sometime alittle to big, but their response time ussually its very good, last time this happened it was shorter than an hour.
