How do I pay via check or purchase order to upgrade our account?

    I have searched the forum and see that there should be an option to "pay by check" in the drop down menu for "Method of Payment"; however, it is not available to me in the drop down menu under the Premium plan.  I only see Credit Card, Phone or Fax as the options.

    Hi,

    Purchase Order is possible with Jotform. However,  the minimum payment is $100 as manual handling is involved. So, the first option for you would be to buy the Premium bi-yearly subscription

    Upon choosing any of the links at the bottom, make sure you choose "Purchase Order" at the Method of Payment field. Fill everything in that page, including your JotForm Login Name (which would be your JotForm  Username, not the email address)

    Once you are done, it will redirect you to another page where you will actually see the Address where you must send the check for payment. This is our Payment Gateway's, Plimus. You can hit on "Back" in order to correct anything, then you can print it. Also check the terms at the bottom of the page.

     

    Make sure to SAVE the Reference Number and/or Quote Numbers and include it when sending the payment. That is important so our payment processor will be able to determine that the payment was made for your account.

    Also, standard 15 days processing - excluding non-working days.

    Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, I am still unable to get to the right information for paying via check or purchase order. Help!
    I have gone through the steps below; however, in the drop down menu under Method of Payment, it does not give me the option for Purchase Order. The only options are – Secure Online Credit Card, Phone or Fax. (Unfortunately, I cannot capture all of the menu at one time in the drop down as seen in the image below.)

    I even checked the radial for Check/Purchase Order/Wire Transfer on the previous page first.
