Upgrade (urgent)

    Hi!

    I just paid for upgrade to the premium plan and it said that it wouldn't take effect until january. The proble is since I am using jot form to collect answers from a advent calender I need it to take effect as quick as possible in case more than 100 people are sending their response.

    Could you help me out and set an earlier start date for mye subscription?

    I have checked your account and it shows that it is already set to Premium.  If you're not seeing the current status of your account, please logout and log back in so that the cache from your browser will be refreshed.
