The "DPRP is disabled for this merchant" is an issue related with the setting of the PayPal Pro account used with the form, the owner of the payPal pro account should add the “Recurring Payment Module” to its paypal settings
This means "Direct Payment Recurring Payments" feature is not enabled on your PayPal Website Payments Pro account. If you can contact PayPal they should be able enable this
