I'm having the same problem with a form I've just set up - it was displaying about 30 minutes ago and now it's not.

Thank you, the form is now showing again, however, it's not sending to myself, or the clients email. I checked and our emails are in the "notifications" area. The form information does get collected by jotform, its in the reports area. However, it is not getting relayed to email addresses. Is their some things I should look at on my end that could be causing this? Thank you for any suggestions.
Base on our system logs, submissions was successfully sent to this email addresses (email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org), so please check your inbox/bulk/spam folder. I have also made a sample submissions in your secure form with my email address on it and I was able to recieved the notifications instantly, can you please check yours if you have successfully recieved my test submissions?
Also, ensure that email@example.com is in your trusted senders list. Please let us know if the problem still persist, so we can give you further assistance. Thank you so much.

I have made a little modification on that form, I have changed the sender email to firstname.lastname@example.org and switch the mail format into HTML mode. I have also created another test submissions, could you please recheck your emails? Base on our system logs, notifications were successfully sent to the following emails:

If you can't still received notifications after that, please whitelist the following IPs on your mail provider side?
Then, re-check if that makes any differences for you.

Similar issue here again. Client not receiving submissions. I do not have "email@example.com" anywhere in my account settings. Where exactly should this go?

Hi i'm trying to set up account so that it is secure however when I click secure form in the embed option box it keeps unchecking the box when I go back. Any help with this would be great, thanks?
Just use a secure URL for your form.
where FORM_ID is the 11 digit unique ID of your form.
