Preview Before Submit Widget - Multiple preview answers button is being displayed in form.

    Hi there - something changed in our form and the Preview widget is not working correctly. Several problems -

    Not all relevant info shows when I select the option to show only populated fields - it leaves out the text most important to preview which is in the individual message boxes.

    If I deselect this option, then every empty field (and there are very many) show in the preview and it is difficult to isolate the relevant info to preview.

    Another problem, is that the preview/submit button show like 12 times instead of just once.

    This form has become critical to our processes and it is very disturbing that this broke without any event from our side to cause this.

    Please advise -

    Hello pthimsen,

    I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. Your form displays multiple preview buttons in form. Please check the screenshot below:

    The issue seems to be because you have added multiple "Preview Before Submit" widget. Please check the screenshot below:

    Did you clone this form form somewhere? I am not sure how you added multiple preview widgets because the form editor will not allow to add more than one preview before submit widget.

    I would suggest you to please go ahead and delete the multiple instances of preview widget you have in your form and that should solve your problem.

    It seems the cause of the rest of the issue was also because of the multiple instances of preview before submit widget you had in your form.

    Please ensure that you one have only one preview widget and then test your form again.
