How to align image on email notifications or autoresponders

But, when I change the image's alignment in the edit/insert image window, it doesn't work. So can you tell me what is the problem.

You can align the image using the alignment tool found on the top tool bar.

Here's how:

1. Click the image

2. Select which alignment you want as seen on the image below.
