Poor Quality of PDF

I've created a PDF for a survey and it doesn't download anything like it previews on the link. The font is different, the quality is poor and the alignment isn't right. Anyone able to help please?

I'm afraid that our Create PDF Form feature does not yet create a perfect copy of the online form, but we are constantly working on improving it. You can read here about the differences between the fillable PDF versions and the online versions of your forms:

If it is feasible for you, we would recommend that you please use our online forms for best experience, as that is where all the design elements and conditions and widgets may work to its fullest, until such time that our developers make the Create PDF Form option create a better presentation of your online form.
