downloading files incredibly slow at present

hi there - i use your upload file with several forms - the last 3 days, downloading an uploaded file is incredibly slow - for example a 560kb file just took several minutes to download. This is unacceptable. Can you please advise/comment?

The form itself is also taking an age to display on our website - it should be there instantly - again this is totally unacceptable

PS - i have no issues with broadband speed here - the problem is at your end

I have cleared you account cache, kindly try to clear the br4owser cache on your end then try accessing the form/downloads.
