Is there a way to get my form submitted as a PDF

Is there a way to get my form to submit as a PDF and have it look just like the form people are completing?  For our employment application, the supervisors do not like the html or text format.  They are very old school and want to see things like they are use to.

Getting a PDF is possible, but the format is different. Unfortunately, there's no option in the form builder to get the result and with the same design as the form.

For getting the PDF, you have the option to attached it in the form email by simply checking "Attach PDF" option in the notifier settings:
