We are a small school that is trying to save money where we can.  We would like to create fillable pdf's of our various forms (request for time off, event requests, etc).  I like the feature that allows forms to filled out online then submitted.  However, I need to see the full form, not just the information.  Can it be seen as a pdf?

    Hi,

    Hi,

While viewing your submissions, there is an option to include headers and text in your submissions:

Here is a bit more in depth guide on having your printed/PDF form look like the full contract:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission

This is as close as we can get, short of printing the data in the form itself.

You can then include a link to the PDF copy of the submission data in your notification email:

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
