    I lost track clearing out old messages..but it's all cleaned out now

    I don't see any contact link on my website anymore

    Hi,

    The form embedded to that webpage appear to have been deleted.  I checked the trash for your account and there were no contact forms.  Only a form that had a file upload field, nothing more.  This is the form embedded to your site:

    I am not sure when it was deleted, but it does indeed appear to be fully removed.
