How can I create a one field form with the submit button tight against the form field and no field description so that it looks exactly like this?  Every time I try to get it to look even remotely close to this is goes haywire.  The form would need to be transparent as the green color is the color of the footer.  And the filed can be no wider than 15-20 or so characters.  this form is showing in a template I am building a website on.  Also when I try to copy a form from any URL I input into your form builder I get an error unable to find form.  Even though some of the forms I tried to copy were your forms.

Any luck yet on css styling to make this form happen?  The guide you sent me to is the same one that does not work for anything but adobe central.  I am ready to put my site live and need this form in the size shown above.
