You can cancel monthly subscriptions at any time with no affect on your forms or data. As long as you are below the limits for a Free account, which you are currently well under, you can downgrade back to a Free account until you need the upgrade limits once again. There is not penalty for doing so.

thanks. the limit is 10 per month for free? would I be notified if I went over?

The limit for payment submission is 10 per month for Free accounts. You will be notified when you are close to that limit and will have a day or two to upgrade prior to your forms being disabled. Even if your form do end up getting disabled for being over limit, upgrading will immediately restore them.
