    How can I track registrations - receive emails on submissions?

    I used Adobe FormsCentral before and it an option that allowed each registration to automatically go to my email and then was able to export it to excel/PDF. I am still learning this system - is that option available and how to do I access it? thank you.

    hi Nancy. 

    Based on the FAQ-How can I see form submissions?, you have two choices to receive form submissions. (1) You can receive them instantly by email, or (2) you can log into your JotForm account periodically and view/download all submissions.

    To receive submissions as e-mail alerts, log into your JotForm account, choose the form you would like to receive submissions for and click on "Edit" button. On the "Form Editor" screen for your form, you will see a "Emails" button, click on that customize your emails.

    What was mentioned above by the grade4pagasa is correct, to receive the notification of a submission, you would need to setup email notifier. You can see how to do that here: Setting Up Email Notifications

    Now in the email notifier you will also have the option to include the PDF of the submission as an attachment as well.

    There are many other ways to get the PDF as well, such as Google Drive integration, DropBox, etc, but this is the quickest way to get notified via email about the submission and have everything that you need there.

    Of course as mentioned in the reply above, you can also get the same details through your Submissions Panel and download all submissions or just parts of it: How to Partially Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF?
