    why is my account being downgraded and why will my forms be disabled.

    i received two emails one saying my account was down graded and the next saying i had reached my limit and forms would be disabled this Friday. 

     

    This is very frustrating and i am about two seconds away from ditching you guys. come on guys, what gives?

    i asked for a simple refund for over payment of $90. we are subscribed for the economy plan at $19.95 a month. whatever creative accounting you had to do to get me the refund has caused problems, now i am downgraded and when i log in, it says i am almost out of space. What’s more, i only received refunds totaling $39.90. 

     

    please fix this.

    I am truly sorry about this. In this thread I said I had given to you 5 months of credit  http://www.jotform.com/answers/601021

    But for some reason the system did the downgrade, so I've re-enabled it, your account will be on Economy status for 5 months and you won't be charged during this time. So, on January 2, you must re-upgrade. You can come to this thread in order to ask for help if you need it.
