Field is showing despite the condition met

Hi - I created a condition, where if the field "If under 18 years old, does this child have siblings" is yes, then the field "If yes, please list their names" would show. However, that field shows from the beginning, whereas it should be hidden until the "If under 18..." question is answered Yes. Did I do something wrong with the condition? Thank you for any suggestions.

    Thank you for contacting us.

It appears that the issue has been already fixed. I have checked the form in different browser, and it looks good.

Thank you for the reply, though the second question, "would you like to refer the siblings too" should not show unless the first question is answered yes. I thought I had the condition set up correctly, per the instructions, but I must have made a mistake somewhere...

    Hi npsga,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I checked your current condition and I noticed that the condition is only set to show/hide "If yes, please list their names" question. If you would like to show the question "Would you like to refer the siblings too?" only when "If under 18 years old, does this child have siblings?' question is Yes, then you will need to also set this in your existing condition. To update your existing condition, please follow the instructions in the demo below.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.

Its still not working for me, though I think its a Windows Vista issue..recently several other forms had certain areas that stopped working for me but seem to be working for others. I appreciate your help.

    Hi npsga,

I checked your form and I see that the condition is working properly. See demo below.

Can you provide the browser you are using when accessing your form? I tested it using Chrome browser using Windows 8. Have you tried accessing the form in a non-Windows Vista device (i.e. mobile phone) and see if it is working there?

We will wait for your response.

    Regards.

Thank you for the reply. Previously, the conditional question was just showing up, though should have been hidden until the previous question was answered yes. Now, it looks like the question is hidden appropriately. Im not sure what happened but its working correctly now, thank you for your help.

Yes I am, the npsga account was for testing, should I consolidate it with cgl102770? Thank you for your help.

I think that's fine. But if you want to move the forms, we can do it for you. Or, you can just clone it to your current account:
