Form Submissions which are Not Showing in Submissions Viewer

    Hi,

    I cannot view any submissions to this form: In House SRS Bootcamp Setup, but there are 32...

    I also have not been receiving any email notifications of new forms submissions either, so I need this to be resolved.

    I see that you appear to be having an issue with one of your forms that shows empty submissions. I tested this and found there appears to be a bug possibly due to an update that then affected your forms. I tried a few things to fix this on my end for you but unfortunately it did not resolve the problem.

    I have now opened a bug report about this issue and sent it to our developers so that they can take a deeper look into the issue and get it resolved for you as soon as possible. As soon as something more is known about this issue we'll update you again.

    Hello Kayla,

    As of checking, it seems that the fields of your form are missing. If you have edited it then, you may revert it to its previous state. You can follow this guide to understand more about JotForm's form revision history.
