I recently added an email address that should receive a notification of email submissions and I've checked my spam folder, but I am not receiving them.
This is true for both my 'shorter version' form and my 'shorter version - Canada' form.
Can you help de-bug?

Looking at the logs I see that you have used the Test Email button to get the emails, so I presume that you were expecting the same email to be delivered to both email addresses.
Please do note that the Test Email button causes the emails to be sent only to your default email address and not to any other email address.
What I would suggest is to check this guide for more details: How to properly Change and Test a New Email Recipient Address.

Thank you for that info. I've tested the email on the 2 forms as instructed and The 'shorter version' is sending to both emails on file but the 'shorter version - Canada' is only sending to the jason**************** not the Franshise************** email.

Just to mention, since the thread is public at this time, I have screened your emails so that only me and my colleagues can see it and no one else.
Looking at that second (Franchise...) email, I do see that it is not being sent any emails, it seems to have been typed differently.
Notice the last few characters:
is now: "...nities"
* I have made the change for you and made a test submission.
Please do let us know if you did not receive it by some chance.
