Why did I receive an email with no data from a Submission?

We received an email that someone had submitted a form from our site:

    http://ccc.bc.edu/index.cfm?pageID=2674

The email had no data in it at all.  It had the JotForm header, with the words "Question" and "Answer" but nothing else.  We checked in Jotform, and there is no record of anyone even filling out a form. Any ideas why we would receive an email?  Did someone try to fill out the form?

    Thanks,

    Dina

    Hi Dina,

This was the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40636486290964 right?

Can  you tell us the date/time stamp of the submission email you mentioned?

You can actually search in your sent Email History logs for the specific submission email if its a valid submission.

    user guide: -How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

In the email history log, you can compare the submission email to the actual submission data in the View Submission page of the form.

Another possibility is that someone must have attempted to submit the form without filling the field data, it could be just a spammer.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
