Do I need to create a new account for one of our clients, if I want to give them access to only one of the forms we created for them? As I would like to be able to build many client forms in my ONE JotForm Account, but I can't let our clients access ALL of our forms.

If you don't like someone could access to your forms then the best way is to create a separate account for them. After that, you can use our form cloning feature to simply copy each forms into another account.
