Hi. I created a form from a template and it was was saved multiple times, but I cannot find it!

Also, is it possible to create a PDF and NOT embed it to a webpage? I want to create a standalone form that I can email, then the recipient would complete the form, save it, and send it back to me.

    Thanks!

    Hello dlasson,

Upon checking, I found that you have one another account which is a guest account. This type of accounts are created if you do not sign in to your account and start building your forms.

Your guest account has one form "Employment Application Form" which was last edited on 09 July, 2015. Is this the form which you are missing?

I have moved this form to your account and you should be able to see this under your My Forms.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you are missing any other form.

    Thank you!

Yes! That is the form. Thank you for moving it into My Forms.
Am I able to send forms as PDFs in emails? I get error messages when I try to convert them to PDFs.
    Thank you!

On behalf of our colleague Ashwin, you are welcome.

When it comes to sending PDF version of your form in emails, please open a separate thread if you are having any problems or errors with that, as we can only assist with single issue per thread. Thank you.

Please note that our automatic tools for Sharing-your-forms-using-Email-Link can only send links to the online forms. To send your users a PDF form for filling it out, please first Create-a-PDF-Form from your online form and then send that PDF file to your users via email. If you are having any problems with this, please do open a new thread describing the issue, and we will be happy to assist you.
