Error : Submission limit reached

    Hi, I understood that with the free account I can get up to 100 submissions a month. I have now 16 and the JotForm comes up with the error that the limit is reached.

     

    Can you help?

    I can see that you don't have a JotForm account yet since that form is associated to a guest account. Guest account is only limited to 20 submissions. The number of submissions on your account is now 21 which is why you're getting the error limits.
