I can't access my account

    Hello,

    I am trying to access my Jotform account but i cant seem to resent my password as it directs me to the sign up page.

    the email i have used on the account is tom@redrok.co.uk

    Hi Tom,

    Your email address tom@redrok.co.uk is currently tied to two guest account which means you haven created an account yet.

    Kindly visit the sign up page http://www.jotform.com/signup

    Once your done let us know so we can move the forms in guest account to your active account.

    I'm having the same issue. I use this form and access it on a daily basis, why am I not able to access it now. Please help me with this issue.

    The account vmghr is in good status, please clear your browser's cache in order to start a fresh session.
