Conditions being applied to non condition field

You will see the following

If selecting LAPTOP the form received shows ENTER WHICH SOCIAL MEDIA

If selecting LAPTOP the form received shows MAKE & MODEL

These conditions should not be working for these options ?

You need to enable the option to hide empty fields in your email notification, this can be accessed under

Preferences->Advanced Settings
