How can I get unselected items in my emails as well

Hi First of all this is a perfect job you did wonderfull

i created a form and using very well .The thing is:

ı am getting only the written things as an answer

what i need is i have to see the blank options choses that the answerer didnt answered or lefted empty and also answers ofcourse.

how can ı take it back all the form as i created ?

At the moment, our Email Notifications can't send the submission emails looking exactly like the form your users have filled. Options (radio button items, check box items) that are unselected do not show, only the selected ones do.

If you would like to have your submissions looking exactly like the online form your users have filled, then the only way to achieve this at the moment is for you to print every such submission.
