How come I can not log into my account

    I have a few forms set up on Jot Form and I can not log on. It says that my user name and password has been changed. Please contact me back at 724-318-8125 or email me at violasmanaginggroupinc@gmail.com

    Hello vmghr,

    I did check your account "vmghr" and did not find any issue with that. 

    I also check your account history and it seems that today there were few attempts to reset your account password but It seems the password reset instructions were not not sent successfully.

    Please be noted that password reset instructions is sent to profile email address and your account profile email address is vmghr@gmail.com. Our email logs says that this email address is not valid and does not exists.

    Can you please confirm if vmghr@gmail.com is a valid email address?
