HR New Employee On-Boarding Forms

Are there any templates or any way to use Jotform for all of the on-boarding paperwork, such as tax forms, I9, etc.?

You should be able to use JotForm for most of your on boarding.  Be careful when collecting sensitive data however, some things, such as collecting social security numbers, may cause our system to interpret your form as a phishing form and suspend your account.
