I am receiving emails with partially filled out forms

    I am having this problem too. The form is also solo, not embedded anywhere:



    I'd be grateful if you could advise asap as the form is only a few weeks old and I now dread jryan's fate!

    The difference though (as far as I can gather from the above) is the forms populate our email but not the jotform submission table? Example that came in on 7th July but nowhere to be found in submissions:

    I've reported this to our developers, hopefully this will get resolved soon.

    Hi Becca,

    I thought you have get filled submission email, therefore I asked you to forward it. Thank you.

    I checked your submission and I did see the blank one.  However, when I tested your form, I was unable to complete a submission without having the required fields filled.

    Some browsers may have been allowing submissions without required fields.  Though, I was unable to reproduce this.


    Please inform us if if you continue receiving empty submissions.
