I've cleared all the submissions and this message is still coming up "Form over quota This form has passed it's allocated quota and cannot be used at the moment. Try contacting the owner of this form. " We need this up and running asap. Please help! Thank you.Page URL:

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this have caused you.
Please be advised that clearing or deleting the submission on your form would not free up or reset your Account's Submission count. Account's Submission count is base on the amount of submission made per month on all of your forms. Meaning this resets every first day of the month.
I have checked your account and your Account already received 201 submissions. Please be advised that for a Free account you are allocated with 100 Non-secured submission, 10 secured submissions and 100 MB available space for File Uploads per month.
I would suggest you try to consider upgrading to a much higher plan as you have said you need to have your form up and running as soon as possible.
