I saw the post from 2014 that you have updated the ticket and submitted it for development i guess. Is it still out and available. Cause this the most crucial feature, of getting information that was incomplete. So that the business can contact the person who filled out and incomplete data. Please let me know if this feature is out yet or are you still waiting for the update.

Are you referring to the Incomplete Payment Submissions? If so, the feature to download the Incomplete Payment Submissions is still under development. I can raise a ticket for you as a feature request for this. The more users who request for this feature the more chance this will be implemented and prioritized. I would just like to know what file format you want the downloaded Incomplete Payment Submissions to be (i.e. PDF, Spreadsheet)?
We will wait for your response.

For now, there are 2 ways you can download or get a copy of Incomplete submission payments of the form.
#1. Setup an incomplete payment Notification E-mail. By having this, you will always have a copy of the submission even for those incomplete submission payments of the form.
#2. You can manually complete the Incomplete submission payments from the Incomplete Inbox, and they will go to the competed box. Once on the completed submissions , you can now download the previously incomplete submissions.
I will now also submit a feature request ticket for the feature to have the ability to download Incomplete Submissions from the Incomplete Payments Inbox in a more streamlined way.
We cannot provide you any time frame as to when this can be available but we will notify you here for any news/updates on the status.

Just to clarify also, even if you manually complete an incomplete payment submissions, if the submission is really not a successful payment, it will not have any payment transaction. All it will do is move the data to the completed submissions box/grid.

But will "Setup an incomplete payment Notification E-mail." provide me with the incomplete submissions of the past. I mean will i be notified about the past submission.

Unfortunately no.Because you cannot edit Incomplete Submissions within the Incomplete payment inbox. You will have to bring it to the completed box first (by manually completing) before you can make changes to the submission i.e. click Edit button and re-submit.
