When using custom url's for forms, is there a way to include something other than the username as part of the url?

For example- I defined a custom url of "teamworks-351-newhire" and the link appears as

https://secure.jotformpro.com/mikedunaway/teamworks-351-newhire

mikedunaway is my user name. Is it possible to designate something different (such as the company name in my profile)?

As per your request, we've changed your username from mikedunaway to teamworks. Please do take note that custom Form URL that bears your old username will not work anymore, however, direct links will still be accessible.
