Escalation of form completion to another user

We would like to be able to have an individual complete a form online, then upon completion and submission, escalate the form to another individual (i.e. supervisor) who would complete and submit additional fields on the form (preferably not visible to the original submitter).

Is this possible?

This is possible to automatically email a submission edit link to the supervisor (see this guide about the edit link).

Then, show the "hidden" fields to the supervisor based on access code (can be done with conditional logic on form).

We can also hide the form fields in another manner.
