    After completion of a PayPal transaction, my users are not automatically redirected back to the page on my site where the transaction was initiated.

    Please help

    I see this jotform on that page: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51898134205962

    Now please do note that your form is set to show the default thank you message and not to take your users back to your page, which is why this is happening.

    What I would suggest is to take a look at the following guide and see how to set it all up so that they are taken to your website after they make the payment: Redirecting Users to a Different Page
