You send me messages saying that it is, that I will run out and I should upgrade

Could you please sort this out?

    Thanks

    Hi Raym,

It's impossible for the form to use up your SSL limit without it submitting through our Secure URL. The form is embedded using the non-secure URL from the given page. Did you embed this form somewhere else? If so, please share us the link(s) so we can check.

    Thanks

This is the only place this form is embedded.

When I originally set the form up it was not clear that that selecting the secure option would limit my entire number of responses, but I changed it after the first warning - which keeps repeating

If that is the only place you have embedded your Form then it should be good. I have checked your website and how your form was embedded also. And like what my colleague, Welvin, have mentioned, it is not possible for your form to use up your SSL submission limit without it being submitted through the Secure URL. Thank you.

So what do I do when this happens NOW?

I cannot attach a screenshot but I have just received an email telling me I have filled my SSL quata and I should upgrade my account - AGAIN!

I have just cleared your forms cache and I would suggest re-embedding the form again. This time, use our iframe method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

I reset your SSL counter to zero. I will monitor this and let you know.

    Thanks
