Are you planning to embed 2 forms in 1 webpage? You can do that by using the Iframe method. So you need to get the Iframe code of both forms and then paste that 2 codes in your webpage source code.

If you are planning to embed a form inside an existing form, then you can use the Iframe embed widget. You need to get the direct form url and paste it on the Iframe embed widget.

If you need any help, let us know. Thank you.
