Can my clients delete only 1 form submission at a time?
When I go to the public login page (password protected) for a particular form, the only option showing is "Delete All" But they may want to only delete 1 or 2 of the form entries. I know that when I log into my account, I see the "Red X" to be able to delete one form at a time, although I don't want my client to be able to edit the forms, so I'm giving them secure submission access only.

No, your client couldn't delete any of your shared submissions. Delete All requires JotForm password (your JotForm password, not the form password) before they could actually delete all submissions.
So be careful on creating your form password, it shouldn't match your JotForm password so your clients couldn't delete all your submissions.
