I notice information can be formatted to appear on separate lines in submissions, but that same text all runs together in the associated grid report. In the example of the url I provided below, I have in mind the Provider info" column. Is there any way to make that happen?

To my understanding, you would like to have your Grid report similar to what it is shown on the Submission's page grid report, is that correct?
It seems that when the field "Provider Info" was filled, submitters separate the information onto the next line, that is why when it is saved on the Grid Report section of the Submission page, information on the Provider Info field are written on separate lines. Even so, the information will still be in one line when it is transferred into the associated Grid Report.
I understand that you would like to gather that information in one field only and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience, But there is no way to separate the lines when the information is transferred to the associated Grid Report. The only way, I can think of, is to separate the needed information for the Provider info using separate fields.
