Hi, can someone advise on the following. I think we posted about this 2 weeks ago and were advised to change it to the more secure site address.

We're now getting this pop up on our test site.

can't even log on to the dashboard either with:

    www.https://secure.jotform.com/

and have to use www.jotform.com instead.

This was all fine until yesterday.

Why the sudden change - again?

    Thanks

    Paul

    Hi Paul

I'm not sure why it would have suddenly changed but if https://secure.jotform.com/ is causing problems, try the alternative: https://www.jotform.com/ which has the same level of security and let us know if you still experience any issues.

Hi abajan, thanks. I will change it . But I'm concerned that we have to keep changing it??

It happended with IE7 and fxr suggested we upgrade to IE8, which we did,  but now this is occurring again?

Seems strange. And annoying - It means we have to re-generate & re-embed the JF code every time. If someone can tell me why this is happening , at least that would be a start. It seems very random.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I have test a simple form with secure.jotform and www.jotform.com, both works without any certification problem. (IE 7,IE 8 and IE9 checked, too)

This issue was fixed about more than a week ago,

May you check your form to not included any material (images, swf or js files) from un-secure URL?

    Thank you for your time,

    Regards,

    Ertuğrul.

Hi eee,  sorry, but you're missing the point.

All worked fine until yesterday. The have been no changes, added or deleted, apart from adjustment to the JF code.

Browsers showed the form with no problems up till then.

So why has the form embed suddenly prompted security certificate alerts?

    Hi,

I'm not able to recreate your problem also I tried to submit the form, too.

Problem doesn't affect to our users, I couldn't find any related thread after fix.

Previous problem was related with our SSL certificate provider, and it is fixed more than a week ago.

Are you still getting certificate notification ? If you're, could you please share the details ? (error message, error code etc.)

    Regards,

    Ertuğrul.

Hi , thanks. I'll switch our forms to https://www.jotform.com

This seems to be working. If anything esle happens, I'll repost on this thread and perhaps we can look into it in greater detail. Hopefully it won't this time!

    Thanks for the help.
