I had over 63 clients ordering from my facebook account and only 3 of them were able to successfully use the jotform link to complete their purchase. The clients using their phones to access the link, were unable too. As of this morning only 3 payments were processed from my page to paypal through your service. I would like a refund. This made my company look unprofessional, unreliable and unorganized. For a service I paid a monthly fee to use, I am not impressed. If I can receive a prompt refund for my service fee, I would at least have a positive experience concerning the professionalism of your service which I would be happy to share with other business owners, however until the company makes some attempt to rectify the investment I made with your app's ability to work successfully less than 5% of the time, I will remain disappointed and ready to share my bad experience with others.

I do apologize for any issue that you experienced with having payment processed on your form.
I have added your request to our refund queue, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
I was able to do a test submission and successfully get redirected to PayPal for payment to be processed.
Can you provide us with more information regarding the issue that you were experiencing that prevented your payments from being processed? We would be happy to look into this and have this issue resolved.
There are also a couple incomplete payments on your form.
