My forms became disabled immediately after my brother created his account. Is this because we share the same WAN IP address? Let me know how I can fix this as soon as possible please.

Actually, if there is a word ("password") on your forms, it will be automatically suspended by our phishing detector tool. We will only re-activate your account if those fields or those forms gets deleted or removed. Thank you.
