I cannot access my form submission.

    When I try to access the form submission using either firefox or safari, I receive the attached error (see screenshot).  Also the product quantity number fields did not seem to come through on the email copy of the submission I received.  Please advise.

    Hi Chris,

    We're sorry for the inconveniences caused. Can you please try to clear your browsers cache and recheck it again? If you can't still access after that, please try to access your submissions using this domain: https://secure.jotform.com.

    Also, with regards to your email submissions, there was a problem with your Notification Mail Format that's why some informations are missing when submissions sent through email. Please delete your existing Notification and recreate it again, that should fixed your problem.
