I downgraded my account but I am still being charged.

    HELLO !

    I'VE DOWNGRADE MY JOTFORM SINCE A FEW MONTH BUT YOU ALWAYS TAKE THE MONNEY OF MY VISA CARD ! CAN YOU EXPLAIN ME WHY ?

    Hello Corrado,

    I did check your account and did not find any attempt to cancel subscription. 

    Since your economy monthly subscription was still active that is the reason why you were being billed. I have gone ahead and cancelled your subscription #26772300. You will not be billed again.
