    Hello DePeoene,

SSL Submissions:  SSL is "Secure Sockets Layer". It actually encrypts the form data data when it is transmitted from form to our web server. It is used for securing the data from external threats while it is being transmitted.

Please check the screenshot below on how to receive SSL submissions in your form:  http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

Please be noted that in free plan you can only receive 100 non secure, 10 SSL / secure and 10 payment submissions. If any of the limit is reached, all your forms will be disabled. To activate your forms again, you will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.

    Thank you!
