    Hello,

we have a form to purchase products via PayPal

Things go fine except when the user, inside Paypal site, clicks the link "Continue Shoppin" which should send the user back to the buying page with the Jotfor Form.

However the user is sent to this URL: http://submit.jotformeu.com/submit/51912983705360/ and Jotforms shows an error message saying: "INCOMPLETE VALUES - There are incomplete fields in your submission Please go back and fix the problem(s)" By the way, if the user "goes back" it will return to the Paypal page! (infinite loop) :-(

Any idea to solve this problem?

    Thank you

    Enrico

    Hi,

Upon checking your form, I can't seem to find a Paypal integration on it?

If you are creating an order form where your users can purchase products, you need to integrate the payment methods that we support.

Here's a guide on how to set up an order form: http://www.jotform.com/help/165-Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form

To learn more about the payment methods that we support, please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm.

I'm not sure how you setup your process on this, but it seems like you are manually redirecting the user to a Paypal page. Please check the guides above on how to properly setup an order form.

    We'll wait for your response.

Well, thanks for your prompt reply. Here I explay how I use the Jotform in our site:

1 - Site is made with Adobe Muse CC

2 - The form is embedded using a Jotform Widget made by Adobe, in which the only parameter to apply is the Jotform ID (51912983705360)

That's all. May be I could try to delete the Adobe Widget and just paste the Jotform CODE as HTML object.

    Thanks

Kindly try pasting the form as an HTML object, use the iframe method to avoid potential script conflicts

    Kindly revert with the outcome

Hi, I placed the iFrame code instead of the Adobe Widget but the result is the same.

To better understand what happens please try to do the following:

1 - Just choose one of the 3 options to purchase

2 - Press the "CONTINUE" green button

3 - You will be redirected to the Paypal shopping cart page

4 - To be sure just REMOVE your object from the Shopping Cart

5 - The Paypal Shopping Cart page refreshes with empty objects

6 - Click the "Continue Shopping" link. This should make the user return to the page with the Jotform purchase Form, but it gives an error from JOTFORM as per attached image.

This message is an a page with the following URL: http://submit.jotformeu.com/submit/51912983705360/

But it should be redirected to the original page with the Form, i.e. this one: http://www.pc-fix-booster.com/en/get-license.html

    Thanks for your help

    Regards Enrico

    Hi Enrico,

As I mentioned earlier, it would be better if you will be integrating an actual payment integration to the form. The Paypal integration is designed to work in the form and in the submission of it.

I believe this is the problem in your process:

    1. Form is filled out and you click "Continue" which supposedly submits the form.

    2. It redirects the user to a Paypal cart page.

    3. If you click "Continue Shopping" it returns back to the submit link which is this one: http://submit.jotformeu.com/submit/51912983705360/. And because it has already submitted the data prior (step 1) the form already cleared the values, hence it shows incomplete values, because there's no more data to submit.

Please do try integrating our payment method instead.

    Thank you.
