My forms are disabled, but I still have non-SSL submissions available.

Last week, I was designing and testing a short form, which seems to want to use SSL submissions, even though I don't need that, and even though I have unchecked the 'secure forms' box on the form share dialogue.

I seem to have used up all of the SSL submissions on testing this one new form, but now I have received an email from Jotform saying that 'my forms' (I understand that to mean all of my forms) have been disabled and that I should upgrade.

Basically, I don't want/need SSL submissions, but Jotform doesn't seem to make it very easy to switch between SSL and non-SSL. I don't want/need to upgrade my account because I only receive 10-20 submissions per month, at most, and I don't need these to be SSL.

Could you please check whether all of my forms have been disabled, or if I can still receive submissions via my non-SSL forms.

    Many thanks,

    Gavin

    Hi,

May I know if your forms are embedded on a website?

Please note that enabling or disabling the option "secure form" in the "Embed Form" options will not automatically change your form links to where you have shared or embed it. Please check this guide to learn more about SSL: http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions.

To stop using the secure of the form, please remove or avoid using the Form URLs or direct link with https:// or https://secure on their links.

    Example:

Not SSL or unsecure link: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51905501386959

    SSL secure form link: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/51905501386959

    Embedded code on a website:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotformpro.com/jsform/51905501386959"></script>

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotformpro.com/jsform/51905501386959"></script>

Basically, the option in the "Embed Form", creates a SSL enabled secure link or embed code for you easily, but will not dynamically change or update all the links to where you shared or embedded the form/s (if you shared the secure link in emails, post, chats, or embedded it on a website).

If you reached any of the submission limits (which includes the SSL), all of your forms will be disabled. Please check our pricing page for the limits of each plan. You will need to upgrade to a higher plan to continue using your forms OR you can wait for the counters to reset, which happens every 1st day of the month. For this time, I will adjust your SSL counter from 14 to 8, please do take note that I can only do this once, when you reached your submission limits again, you will need to either upgrade or wait for the counters to reset.

Do let us know if you need more information on this.
