If I understand you correctly, you're having trouble saving the form right? You're saying that the form builder or the browser will freeze while saving you are saving the form right?
Please log out from JotForm then clear your browser cache. After that, close and reopen the browser then log back in to JotForm. Please try using another browser as well to see if it works. If it is still the same, disable any browser add-ons or extensions.
