Whitepaper Form

My question is about setting up a form where a respondent gives their name and email address for a whitepaper download.  I have seen that JotformPro allows for this. Please let me know the cost and which template I should use.

You can redirect your users to your document when they submit your form. You can set conditional logic to redirect your users to your document if they have entered their name and email address inside of your form. 

You need also have possibility to upload your files online using dropbox or google drive etc.. 

In case that you are uploading files online, you need to get the Share link as we need that link to put into your "Download Now" button.
