I've done a website for a client and there is a Booking Form built using the form builder in the CMS.
However, when the client receives the results in an email, they would like for the user entered info to be easier to pick out in some way.
So, rather than:
First Name: Joe Last Name: Bloggs email address: firstname.lastname@example.org Tel No.: 01234 567890
What they'd like is for it to look something like:
First Name: Joe
Last Name: Bloggs
email address: email@example.com
Tel No.: 01234 567890
Can you tell me if this would be feasible if I used jotform for any forms on this and any future sites?

First off, thanks for your interest in our service. Yes, it's possible. After you've created your form, you can make the necessary changes on your autoresponder email. Please take a look at the link below. It might be useful. Check out the sixth step.

Thanks but I can't see how that will solve my problem??
I want the information that the client receives to be better formatted when they get it via email, not the autoresponder info that the end user receives in their email.

Sorry about that Neil, my mistake. You meant editing the notification emails for clients. You can also edit the content of email notifications from Email Alerts.

So could the answers be set to appear in Bold - or alternatively on a spearate line - and how would this show up when the cilent receives an email? Could you give an example please? thanks

In the Compose EMail dialog shown above by my colleague, just highlight the variable name and click the Bold button
