Our apologies. That is because our system auto suspended your account. I have just fixed this for you. Your forms should be up/active by now.
The reason is that our phishing filter tool is not yet updated to scan Arabic and other similar languages, therefore most of the forms made in these languages are automatically suspended. To avoid this problem, we recommend doing the following:
1. Create your form using English as the main language
2. Use Multi-Language feature to translate your form to Arabic then you can set the Arabic as default later.
